August Training Snapshot

By looking at my training for the month of August, I guess I can say I'm finally back! It has been a long recovery, but the last 9 months of working with my strength coach and easing into training is starting to really show dividends. 30 activities in August, nearly 100 miles running and a pretty good looking distribution of effort with just around ~80% of my effort below threshold and the bulk of it in zone 1 and 2.
