I'm finally back - 10 miles in Big Sur
posted 11 months ago in UpdatesAt my Remicade Infusion Today is my Remicade infusion, but yesterday was my longest run since before the scares and struggles of the last couple of years.
It was an amazing 10 mile/2260 ft journey in Big Sur called Old Coast Road with a great group of people and confirmation of the amazing work I’ve been doing with Coach Menachem and Human Vortex Training post-surgery.

I’m always mining the changes and challenges as opportunities to find more of myself - this was a huge step forward in engaging and understanding new life with an ileostomy.
