Mitopure Urolithin A + My Berry Smoothie
posted 6 months ago in RecipesI've been taking Timeline's Urolithin A product, Mitopure for the last month since finishing my first marathon. The product is extracted from pomegranates and has some pretty compelling science behind it when it comes to immune function and inflammation. I've found it to have really helped my marathon recovery, particularly the inflammation and fatigue that can come from such a tough effort.
I've added the unsweetened powder to my recovery drinks as well as the Creamy Berry & Stonefruit Smoothie from my cookbook. Check out my reel and recipe!
