I woke up this morning to run Wharf 2 Wharf in Santa Cruz and saw myself in my podcast "Up Next" queue. I knew it was coming as I had a great conversation with Coach Menachem, but it surprised me and I left the house without my current running shoes. Thank goodness I didn't slip on my Vans on the way out the door!
